My goal is to help sellers understand and identify why their house has not sold. I specialize in working with sellers who have been unsuccessful with other real estate agents.
Over the course of nearly 20 years, I’ve developed a system that works. It’s based on sound principal:
• Identify the problem(s)
• Recommend solutions
• Create a plan-of-action, and
• Monitor to achieve the desired results.
It appears simple. However, it’s taken years to gain the experience, expertise, and a sixth sense of market conditions.
My real estate career began in 1989, and since then, I’ve sold over a thousand homes.
According to the National Association of Realtors, the average full-time Realtor sells 9 to 11 homes per year. That means they would need approximately 100 years to sell 1,000 homes. I was fortunate enough to accomplish that in 16 years of real estate.
In 2004, I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall Of Fame for consistently selling nearly three times what the average full-time agent sold.
I credit my success to hard work and spending extra time and energy on tasks that achieve the greatest results. And here’s the crazy part, I also credit my success to simply answering the phone and returning calls.
